REFUND POLICY AND BUYERS PROTECTION

Full or Partial Refund

  • Full refund of your money will be provided if you do not receive your order.
  • You will get a full/partial refund if your order does not arrive within the delivery time promised as per the selected shipping method during shopping. The refund will depend upon the product and the product category chosen. This will be at the sole discretion of Aapkachef.com.
  • If your item is significantly different from the product description, you can A: Return it and get a full refund, or B: Get a partial refund and keep the item.

Full refund for the product will be done only after the product is received at the source from where the product was delivered. Also, the product should be unused and should be in the original packaging.

You will receive your refund on the same card that you used to pay for your order. It usually takes around 3-20 business days for the money to arrive.
